First class luxury! Staff was most accommodating, helpful and kind. Walkable to Kings street and all restaurants and horse tours. Highly recommended.

The air conditioning in our room was not working, but the staff was helpful and promptly moved us to another room where everything worked perfectly. The room was spacious, and we had great views of Charleston, King Street, and the Cooper River from our 6th-floor hotel suite. The hotel is in a fantastic location right across from Marion Square and within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay at the Francis Marion hotel again.
